Major: Systems Biology
Role: Development of Informatics technologies for identification and analysis of singularity cells

Purpose:
To identify and understand the singularity cells, which trigger singularity phenomena in multicellular systems such as a tissue and a whole body, we need to extract a variety of features for all cells in the target system and analyze their spatiotemporal dynamics. In this study, we will develop informatics technologies to address two problems “How can we extract a variety of features for all cells in the huge multicellular systems?” and “How can we understand singularity phenomena by using a variety of cell feature dynamics data?”.
